Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of the Contract

By creating an account, accessing the dashboard, or initiating a protocol within the REN ecosystem ("The Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from accessing the system.

2. The Protocol & Commitments

REN is a platform designed to enforce discipline through financial and social contracts. By entering a protocol:

  • You acknowledge that failure to verify your daily standards may result in a "Breach" status.
  • You acknowledge that the definitions of "Success" and "Failure" are determined solely by the system's logic and the evidence you provide.
  • You agree that the system's judgment on your performance is final.

3. Financial Terms

Subscription: Access to the REN contract requires a recurring payment. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

No Refunds: Due to the nature of the commitment contract, all payments are non-refundable. The financial cost is a core component of the accountability mechanism.

4. Medical & Health Disclaimer

REN is not a medical organization. The daily standards (including physical exercises like push-ups) are suggestions for discipline building, not medical prescriptions.

You should consult with a physician before beginning this or any other exercise program. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the activities you perform under this contract.

5. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall REN, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which REN operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
